Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Nicole Flory received her Bachelor’s Degree in Bilingual Elementary Education at The College of Saint Rose and a Master’s degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages at The University at Albany. While teaching in a dual-language program she gained experience working with children with social, emotional, and academic needs including those with 504s and IEPs. Ms. Flory earned a Masters of Social work at Arizona State University and specialized in working with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Her areas of counseling interest include anxiety, depression, academic achievement, Autism Spectrum Disorder, OCD, PTSD, parenting issues, and gerontology. Ms. Flory’s approach to therapy is eclectic and primarily based in the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Ms. Flory has worked with children and adolescents since 2012 and as a social worker since 2018. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
