Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Sandra Foley received her Bachelor's degree from San Diego State University and her Master's in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of South Florida. A Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Ms. Foley has extensive clinical and administrative experience with residential treatment centers and private outpatient practices. Ms. Foley has directed group homes for the Tampa Bay Academy, Manatee Palms Group Homes and most recently served as the Divisional Residential Program Director for the Hillsborough County Children's Home. Ms. Foley is an expert in compliance and administration of residential treatment centers. Ms. Foley specializes in diagnosis and treatment of emotional disturbances and mental health disorders. Her areas of counseling interests include children, adolescents, adults, and families.
Ms. Foley is certified by the National Board of Certified Counselors and is a Florida Qualified Mental Health Supervisor. She has been practicing as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 1998. Ms. Foley is bilingual in English and Spanish.
